Dear customer, please note that all product returns and refunds must be initiated within 10 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may initiate a return and refund for your product order under any of the specified reasons below, with adequate proof:

1. You received the wrong item in your package

2. Your product is defective or damaged upon arrival 

Please ensure that: 

1. You provide Proof of Purchase (Order Invoice Number and Receipt).

2. The products are returned in the original packaging.

3. In the interest of hygiene, the products must not have been opened and used. Products cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. One exchange is allowed per purchase with valid reason. The exchanged product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless damaged.
