Salon Etiquette
Appointments
We recommend you to book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred therapist and time slot. Kindly inform us should you need to reschedule your appointment.
Kindly be punctual for your appointment. Please note that if an appointment is late by more than 15 minutes, treatment session will be considered as cancelled. Arrival of 5 minutes before scheduled timing is greatly appreciated.
Please note that for cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required.
Due to the high footfall during certain periods, we recommend you to come alone for your appointment.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservations and prior to treatment sessions.
Valuables
All clients are encouraged to leave any valuables inside their bag during their treatments and to check that you have all your belongings before leaving the treatment room.
BLUSH and management will not be liable for any loss of belongings.
Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
