I have been here since 2016, i have never been hard sell or pushed. Love the ambience and the service provided. Mai assisted me most of the time. And also the product, the wax is applied soft on skin and the wax didnt leave the skin itchy or sensitive.

The specialist Joy was very professional and patient with me when i visited the first time. It was quick and generally painless for me since I have a higher pain tolerance but I think she made it so it was as painless as possible even if you do have low tolerance to pain.
